血清可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1在血管瘤分期诊断中的作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的通过检测血清可溶性粘附分子-1浓度来判断血管瘤是处于增生期还是消退期,为临床确定分期及选择治疗方案提供一个临床检测手段。方法本组40例血管瘤患儿,其中20例增生期,20例消退期,;阴性对照组20例,采用ELISA方法检测血清可溶性粘附分子浓度。结果对测得的I-CAM-1浓度通过SPSS软件统计分析,发现血管瘤增生期的ICAM-1显著高于消退期和阴性对照组,而消退期血管瘤和阴性对照组之间的差别没有显著意义。结论血清ICAM-1测定对于血管瘤的分期诊断是无创、有效的方法,可推荐为血管瘤术前分期诊断和治疗的辅助检测手段。 Objective To establish a phasing diagnostic marker in order to provide an effective assay method to judge the patient with hemangiomas whether is on hyperplastic phase or atrophy phase. Methods Sixty patientsincluding 20 proliferative hemangiomas20 atropy phase hemangiomas and 20 negative controls were involved.The serum soluble ICAM-1 concentrations were determined by using enzyme linked immunosorbent assayELISA. Results The ICAM-1 concentration was analyzed using SPSS software. Serum ICAM-1 concentration in proliferative hemangiomas was significantly higher than that of atrophy phase hemangiomas and the negative control group.While the difference between atrophy phase hemangiomas and negative control group was not significant. Conclusions Serum soluble ICAM-1 concentration determination is an non-invasiveeffective technique for the phasing diagnosis of heamangiomaso it can be recommended as auxiliary detection measure in phasing diagnosis before the operation and treatment of heamangioma. 
