摘要
本文用反相HPLC-电化学法研究人体内对乙酰氨基酚小儿分散片的生物利用度。反相HPLC-电化学法灵敏度高,最低检测浓度为20ng/ml;重现性好,相对标准偏差小于8%;取血量少(0.1ml),适用于临床监测。10名正常人口服小儿分散片和市售片的药动学参数与国内的文献报道基本一致,并经t检验各项参数均无显著性差异(P>0.05),相对生物利用度为104.01%。由此说明,小儿分散片与市售片完全等效。
Bioavailablity of acetaminophen tablets were studied by reversed phase HPLC-electrochemical detection in ten healthymale volunteers.The method was sensitivity,the minimum detection concentration of acetaminophen was 20 ng/ml in serum;It was an accurate method,the RSD value was lower than 8%;Acetaminophen can be quantitated in 100 μl serum. Thismethod has been used in therapy drug monitoring.The pharmacokinetic parameters of the children tablets were statistically the same with the common tablets and also similarto the results from references. The value of relative bioavailability was 104.01% for the children tablets,showing biologicalequivaience to common tablets.
