全反式维甲酸β－环糊精包合物的制备与鉴定

Preparation and identification of inclusion complexation of ATRA with β-cyclodextrin Tand

ＡＴＲＡ是一个新的抗肿瘤药物，本文采用简单的工艺制备并鉴定了ＡＴＲＡ／β－ＣＤ包合物，用反相高效液相色谱法测定全反式维甲酸及其β－环糊精包合物的浓度。经溶解试验及光谱扫描证实该包合物可增加药物的溶解度，提高药物的稳定性。

ATRA is a new drug of anticancer.The inclusion compound of ATRA with β-cyclodextrin was prepared by stiringmethod and identification. The concentration of drug was determinative with HPLC. It was suggested that solubility in aqueousand stability in the presence of air and light of compound was increased.
