摘要
桥面铺装既是保护层又是桥面结构的共同受力层,其质量优劣关系到桥梁质量与运营安全.采用有限元理论分析计算寨河桥桥面和空心板梁共同受力的力学性能,深入分析了桥面结构的破坏机理,建立相应的理论体系,将寨河桥现场静载试验数值与理论计算数值的结果对比分析,验证了有限元薄板理论分析桥面结构的可行性.利用设置桥面横向预应力的技术,增强桥面的横向联结刚度,改善空心板梁与桥面板的共同受力性能.最终为桥面铺装的设计与施工提供了理论基础和可靠的试验技术指标.
The deck pavement is not only a protection course but also a supporting course of the bridge. Its quality is referred to the quality and the safety of the bridge. By use of the theory of finite element, the breakdown mechanism of the deck and the cellular slab together of Zhaihe bridge is analyzed, and the theoretical system is built up accordingly. The analysis of bridge deck with finite element membrane theory is proved feasibility though comparing the theoretical result to the result of static test. Transverse pre-stress steel wire is set in order to advance the transverse rigidity of the deck and improve the stressed state of the cellular slab and the deck. Ultimately the basis of theory and the reliable technical criteria of test are provided for designing and constructing deck pavement.
