甲氧滴耳液的制备及临床应用

摘要 目的:对氧氟沙星和甲硝唑滴耳液制备和含量测定进行研究,并观察其临床疗效。方法:采用双波长分光光度法直接测定甲氧滴耳液中主药的含量,并观察临床疗效。结果:本制剂中两主药平均回收率分别为99.12%和99.56%,RSD分别为0.18%和0.32%。结论:甲氧滴耳液制备方法简单、可靠,性质稳定含量测定方法快速准确,疗效确切。 Objective:To study the preparation and therapeutic effect of ofloxacin andmetronidazole ear-drops. Methods:Ofloxacin and metronidazole were determined by double-wavelength spectrophotometry and the effect of the ear-drops was observed. Results:The averagerecoveries were 99.12% and 99.56%,with RSD 0.18% and 0.32%. Conclusion:The ear-dropscan be easily prepared , the quantitativemethod is reliable, and the clinical application waseffective.
