透析前慢性肾衰患者促红细胞生成素的应用

摘要
目的探讨早期使用促红细胞生成素(EPO)治疗肾性贫血的临床疗效。方法慢性肾衰非透析患者80例,采用随机分组对照的原则,治疗组给予EPO2000U每周2次,皮下注射,观察12周;对照组给予每周两次不含EPO的溶液。结果两组治疗前各项指标无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗组应用EPO治疗12周后与治疗前及对照组比较,血压、血BUN及血Cr无显著差异(P>0.05),而HCT、Hb及血清铁有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论小剂量应用EPO对慢性肾功能不全非透析患者的肾性贫血是有效而且安全的治疗方法。
