摘要
采用传统的高温反应方法合成出(Y,Gd)BO3∶Eu荧光粉颗粒.利用乳胶法对荧光粉颗粒表面包覆MgF2.对包覆过程中反应物种类与浓度、反应温度与时间进行研究,将NH4F直接滴定到MgCl2和荧光粉混合物中包覆最佳.通过X射线衍射、红外光谱、激发光谱和发射光谱等研究了表面包覆的荧光粉颗粒的结构性能.
(Y,Gd)BO_3Eu powders were prepared with the conventional solid-reaction method. Surface-modified (Y,Gd)BO_3Eu powders with MgF_2 were prepared by the emulsion method. The best preparing way is that MgCl_2 was dropped to the mixture of NH_4F and (Y,Gd)BO_3Eu powders to prepare surface-modified (Y,Gd)BO_3Eu powders. The interaction between F^- ions and the phosphor particles was discussed. The structures of surface-modified (Y,Gd)BO_3Eu powders were measured by XRD, IR, excitation spectra and \{emission\} spectra.
