赣州中心城市发展中的主要问题

我国已进入城市化加速发展时期,大中城市,尤其是特大城市在辐射、带动区域社会经济发展中起着巨大的作用。将赣州建成百万人口特大城市,对促进江西南部区域社会经济发展具有十分重要的意义。目前赣州中心城市在城市规划、建设和管理方面正面临着诸多问题,在赣州中心城市建设中,必须准确定位城市性质、科学制定城市规划、统筹安排城市建设、切实加强城市管理,尤其要注意提高城市规划、建设与管理的法制化水平和民众参与程度。

<Abstrcat>At present,our country has already entered the acceleration development period of citilization. The large city can radiate and arouse the social economy development of some area. The article says that it's meaningfull to build the large Ganzhou city as soon as possible,because it can promote the social economy development of the southen area in Jiangxi province. However, there are some problems should be faced, such as the city planning, building and management,if its'not well be handled, its will affect the speed and quantity of the city development. So, we must accurate define the position of the city , draw up the city's planning scientificly, arrange the city's building reasonably and reinforce the management of the city.Now we must pay attention to enhance the legalization of the city's planning,building and management particularly.we also should encourage the citizen to join the city's business.
