摘要
将难溶性药物芦丁与亲水性载体PVP制备成共沉淀物,实验研究表明,PVP共沉淀物能显著增加芦丁的溶解度和溶出速率(P<0.01),而芦丁与PVP的机械混合物与纯药的溶出速率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。
Since rutin exhibits a very low water solubility
and bioavailablity, a co-precipitate of the drug was prepared from PVPwhich are water-soluble
carriers.The experimental results in vital showed that the dissolution rate and solubility of the
drug-PVP co-precipitates were increased significantly,but the dissolution rate of the relative
mechanical mixture was increased in-sinificantly.
