多孔钴铬钼合金的真空离心渗流铸造工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 将多孔钴铬钼合金用作人工骨的骨架材料,利用快速成形方法制得试样和浇注系统,用氧化锆熔模铸造工艺来获得铸造型腔,采用自行筛选的两种填料颗粒和真空离心渗流铸造工艺来制备多孔钴铬钼合金,并探讨其制备的工艺参数。试验表明,在浇注温度为1450℃,颗粒预热温度为700℃和离心旋转速度为400r/min时。可以获得连通性好和较高孔隙率的多孔钴铬钼合金材料。 Preparation of porous Co-Cr-Mo alloy by vacuum centrifugal infiltration method was conducted,by using the specimen and gating system manufactured by rapidly manufacturing method and the mold cavity obtained by ZrO_2 investment casting as well as two kinds of self-screen filling materials.The processing parameters for the preparation were researched.The results showed that the porous Co-Cr-Mo alloy bone frame produced by the method has the features of good connectivity and high porous rate,providing a basis for the application to man-made living bone.
