摘要
目的:考察地黄清蒸和九蒸九晒炮制品中还原糖含量变化规律。方法:用80%甲醇溶液回流提取,全自动还原糖测定仪测定熟地黄样品中还原糖含量。结果:还原糖在0.002g~0.012g(r=0.9999)有良好的线性关系;平均回收率为100.6%(RSD1.31%),重复性RSD0.74%。结论:地黄在清蒸和九蒸九晒过程中,还原糖含量在一定时间和蒸晒次数范围内随着蒸制时间的延长和蒸晒次数的增多而增加。
Objective: To find the changing regularity of reducing sugar content in Radix rehmanniae steamed and steamed for nine times and shined for nine times. Methods: The analyzer of reducing sugar was used to determine the content of reducing sugar with reflux exgraction with 80% CH_3OH. Results: The linear range was from 0.002 to 0.012 g (r=0.9999); the average recovery rate was100.6% (RSD 1.31%); the RSD of repeatalelity was 0.74%. Conclusion: The reducing sugar content increases.
