摘要
目的:制定参术健脾合剂的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法。结果:该方法色谱斑点清晰,结果明显。结论:该方法专属性强,结果易于判断,重现性好,可作为参术健脾合剂的质量标准。
Objective:To decide the quality criterion of Shenzhu Jianpi Mixrure. Method: to apply thin-layer chromatography.Resrlts: Spots were clear and the results were definfte. Conclusion: The method can be used as quality criterion of the mixture as it is special and easy to judge.
