差谱法同时测定增效联磺片中三组分含量

Simultaneous determination of ternary componets in compound trimethoprim and sulphamethoxazole tablets by absorbance subtraction method

本文利用差谱法对增效联磺片中３组分进行同时测定。该法通过实验将多组分测定化解为单组分测定，无需复杂运算，测得ＳＭＺ、ＴＭＰ、ＳＤ的平均回收率分别为１００．８％、９９．１％和１００．８％，变异系数分别为１．０４％、１．２０％和０．５７％。

An absorbance subtraction method for simultaneous determination of ternary components in compound trimethoprim andsulphamethoxazole tablets was described. The method simplified multiple components determination to monocomponent determi-nation without complex calculation.The mean recoveries for SMZ.TMP and SD were found to be 1 00.8%,99.1%and100.8%respectively. RSD were 1.4%,1.2%and 0. 57%respectively (n=5).
