摘要
用窄点原理对工程设计进行具体分析,在排污量相同的情况下,分别采用洁净水接纳污染物(方式1)、符合进水浓度但无回用水去接纳污染物(方式2)、窄点原理分析且可回用部分废水但无净化设备时接纳污染物(方式3)以及生产过程中增加净化设备且可回用部分废水(方式4)等4种供水方式.比较不同供水方式的耗水量,从而得出利用窄点原理进行节水、节能分析对保护环境的重大意义.
This paper introduces the pinch analysis principle. The engineering designs have been elaborated by using pinch analysis. The water consumption though different water supplies in the same amount of contaminant mass load has been compared with each other. The contaminants are contained by clean water for each stage, maximum allowable contaminant concentration in the inlet water without recycling wastewater and using water reuse but without wastewater regeneration, and a part of wastewater is purified to recycle by the interval regeneration. The pinch analysis is used in every approach. It is believed that pinch analysis should be widely popularized to reduce water and energy requirements to protect environment.
