布洛芬片剂处方组成的优选

Study on the tablets of ibuprofen in pharmaceutical formulations

采用均匀设计优选出布洛芬片剂最佳处方组成。按该处方组成压制成的片剂Ａ与市售片剂Ｂ、Ｃ进行体外溶出速率试验。结果表明：体外溶出度参数间均有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），说明该处方片比市售片释放快。

The well-distributed design was taken to select the formulation and the preparation of ibuprofen tablets. The dissolutionrate of ibuprofon from the formulation A、B and C was studied in vitro. The results showed a significant difference and indicat-ed that the formulation A was better than others.
