随着生态环境变化和经济的发展,我省洪涝灾害、水资源短缺和水环境恶化三大水问题并存,解决水资源问题必需统一规划、管理、合理配置水资源,建设节水型社会,同时加强法制建设,依法管水.
<Abstrcat> There exists three problems such as flood disaster,the shortage of water resources and the worsening water environment in Jiangxi province as the economic developped and the ecological environment changed.We must plan unifily, manage and allocate reasonably water resources,build saving society and strengthen the legal system for water control in order to solve these problems.
