介绍了"最低评标价法"的含义、作用及其评标的一般程序,并就消除"最低评标价法"的负面影响和搞好投标工作提出了对策.
The contents,effect and ordinary procedure of the lowest marked-price method are introduced.How to eliminate the bad influence of the lowest marked-price method is stated.At last,the countermeasure is put forword on how to do better the bidding.
