摘要
描述了阀控式铅酸蓄电池(VRLA)灌酸量的一种简便计算方法,该法利用隔板自身的实际体积不随压缩状态变化而变化以及活性物质自身的实际体积几乎不受铅膏表观密度影响的两个特点,在计算酸量时,可以不考虑隔板压缩率,也可以不考虑铅膏表观密度,因此过程计算简单。
A simplified calculation method of the acid filling amount for VRLA battery is described in this paper.The actual volume of the separator doesn't change with its compression and the actual volume of the active material is harlly changed with density of paste,either,so the compression ratio of separator and the density of paste aren't involved in this method,thus simplifying this calculation method.
