别嘌醇对肾移植术后病人血尿酸水平的影响

The effect of allopurinolon the blood uric acid in renal transplanted recipients

本文讨论了肾移植术后病人服用别嘌醇对血尿酸水平的影响。对来自６５位病人的２８９份血尿酸值用统计学ｔ检验和线性回归分析显著性检验进行分组处理。结果表明：无论肾功能正常还是异常，服别嘌醇后血尿酸水平均有明显降低（Ｐ＜０．０１）；下降率分别为１７％（肾功能正常组）和２７％（肾功能异常组）；在肾功能异常组血肌酐和血尿酸间有显著的线性关系（Ｐ＜０．０１），相关系数分别为０．９０（给药组）和０．８２（未给药组）；而肾功能正常时则未发现它们之间的线性关系（Ｐ＞０．０５）。

286 results of blood uric acid from 65 renal transplanted recipients were handled with student-t analysis and linear regres-sion analysis,One group of results(n=97 )came from the patients taking allopurinol orally(100mg/8h).Another group ofresults came from the patients without allopurinol. The results showed that there was a significent decrease in mean blood uricacid in the group taking allopurinol(P<0.01).If the blood creatinine was abnormal(above 20.0mg/L),there was a goodcorretationship coefficient between blood creatinie and blood uric acid.
