目的了解医院五官科围手术期抗菌药物的使用情况。方法对五官科2004年1～6月143例慢性鼻窦炎手术病人围手术期抗菌药物使用品种、用药频度、联合用药、使用方法等进行统计分析。结果 143例共用抗菌药物6类23种,单一用药40例(28.0%),二联用药100例(69.9%),三联用药3例(2.1%),三联以上用药无;围手术期合理使用抗菌药物31例(21.7%),基本合理69例(48.3%),应用不合理43例(30.1%),人均药品费用为2051.50元,人均药品费用/住院总费用0.269426。结论五官科围手术期预防应用抗菌药物存在一定的不合理性,应加强监测以提高医院合理用药水平。

Objective Understand the usage circumstance rounds the antibacterial medicine in period in surgical operation in hospital faial features section.Methods Outward section 2004 1～6 months 143 the chronic nasosinusitis surgical operation patient rounds the antibacterial medicine in period of surgical operation the species and the frequency,unites to use medicine,the method of the usage…etc.proceed to statistics the analysis.Results 143 examples:rounds the surgical operation period case,the one uses the 40 examples(28.0%),two unite use the 100 examples(69.9%),three unite use the 3 examples(2.1%);The reasonable usage round the surgical operation period is the 31 examples (21.7%),The basic reasonaboe is 69 examples(48.3%),the application is not reasonable 43 example(30.1%),the patient is all the drugs expenses for 2051.50 dollars,the patient is all hte drugs expenses/total expeuses in hospitalization 0.269426.Conclusions The common surgery that rounds tire applied antibacterial medicine of surgical operation period for prevention has the esse to be unsuited to the reasonableness higherly,shoulding enhance to monitor to use the medicine levl with the exaltati on hospital reasonable.
