摘要
盐酸苯环壬酯分成2.5、12.5和62.5ppm3个浓度组,溶于自来水中,供孕鼠从妊娠d15开始至断乳时饮用。结果显示,在相当于人临床用量15~75倍剂量范围内,该药对小鼠胚胎后期生长发育、母鼠分娩、哺乳及新生小鼠神经行为发育无明显影响。62.5ppm组孕鼠给药期间体重增长抑制,死产仔鼠数增多,雄性仔鼠肝脏重量增加,表现出一定的母体毒性和发育毒性。
Phencynonate
hydrochloride was administered in drinking water to pregnant mice during the last quarter of
pregnancy andthrough lactation to weaning at dose levels of 2.5,12.5 and 62.5ppm. Weights,
food intake and toxic signs were recorded atregular intervals and pregnancy outcome
evaluated. Pups were assessed for growth ,neurobehavioral development and toxicsigns prior
to weaning. Offspring were also evaluated with a multi-item neurobehavioral test battery.Late
fetal development,labor ,delivery ,lactation , neonatal viability ,and growth were not affected at
2.5ppm and 12.5ppm. The suppression of ma-ternal body weigt gains was shown during the
administration peried at 62.5ppm. Liver weights in male f_1 mice and the per-centage of late
dead fetuses were in creased at the same dose level.These results show that maternal dietary
exposure to phen-cyn onate hydrochloride during gestation and lactation which produce
maternal toxicity can result in development toxicity inmice at 62.5ppm.
