Determination of gastrodine by third derivative spectrophotometry

本文应用三阶导数分光光度法测定复方天麻口服液中天麻素的含量。以２２９ｎｍ～２３５ｎｍ波长处峰谷间的振幅值作为定量信息，平均回收率为９８．７２％，ＲＳＤ为１．０７％（ｎ＝５）。本法灵敏，结果准确，适用于医院制剂分析。

The quantity of gastrodine in the oral liquid of compound gastrodia elata was determined by the third derivative UV spec-trophotometry. Amplitude from peak to valley at wavelengths of 229nm and 235nm was used for calculation.The average re-covery was 98.7%,the coefficient of variation was 1.07%(n=5).This method is sensitive,the result is accurate. It is suit- able for analysis of hospital preparation.
