摘要 对新型填料矿物复合纤维在纸袋纸及牛皮箱纸板中的应用进行实验室试验及生产试验,发现矿物复合纤维对成纸物理强度、平滑度、颜色、不透明度等有显著影响,牛皮箱纸板面层定量降低10%以上也不会产生透底现象。添加矿物复合纤维后流浆箱的pH值有所上升,打浆度略有下降。当矿物复合纤维的添加量超过一定范围时,随着添加量的增加留着率会下降。 The laboratory experiment and production experiment of the application of a new loading material-mineral complex fiber-in bag and kraft test linerboard were carried out and the results show that the mineral complex fiber had a remarkable influence on the physical intensity, smoothness, color and opacity etc. of the paper and that no bottomtransparency happened even when the basis weight of face layer lowered by more than 10%. The pH value of the head box rose and the beating degree declined in a certain degree after the addition of mineral complex fiber. The retention rate declined with the increase of the addition when the addition of mineral complex fiber exceeding a certain limit.
