交流接触器E型电磁铁分磁环的仿真设计 被引量:15

摘要 采用非线性瞬态磁路方法建立E型电磁铁分磁环的磁路数学模型,结合电磁场分析和可视化技术对交流接触器的工作特性进行了仿真计算,通过实验验证计算的正确性。结果表明,利用该仿真软件可以方便地对交流电磁系统的分磁环进行设计,大幅度提高交流电器产品的设计效率。 Non-linear transient magnetic circuit method was used to model the shading coil of double E-type electromagnet. With electromagnetic field analysis, the characteristic of ac contactor was simulated by visual technology. The simulation was validated by experiment. The results show that the shading coil of ac electromagnetism system can be designed conveniently with the simulation software, which can improve the design efficiency of ac electrical apparatus.
