一种基于PERT图的Petri网模型构建方法

PERT-Based Petri net model’s building method

PERT图是制造企业经常用来表示产品生产或者装配过程的一种图形方法,能够形象地表示产品生产过程中各个工序之间的逻辑关系和时间进度,但无法描述生产资源的数量对生产过程的影响。通过对基本的PERT图添加生产资源库所和活动节点转化,构建了一种基于PERT图的产品生产过程的Petri网模型,并通过对Petri模型仿真结果的分析,说明了该模型相对于PERT图的优势。

PERT graph is a good method to describe the produce process or assemble process in manufacture enterprise, and it can visually display the logic relation and produce schedule among all working procedure, but the PERT graph can't show the resource's effect to the produce process. By adding the resource place and transform of the activity node in PERT graph, a Petri net model's building method was described and the Petri Net model's advantage for PERT graph was also referred through the analysis of Petri net model's simulation result.
