摘要
针对1LB─240型水平摆式犁田间作业过程中油缸底座断裂的问题,首先借助三维软件Solidworks2001建立该犁的虚拟样机模型;然后根据其结构特点,对油缸底座进行运动学和动力学分析;最后通过动力学仿真软件DDM模拟该犁田间实际工作情况,对油缸底座进行动态仿真,找出了其运动学及力学特性,为1LB─240型水平摆式犁机构的优化设计提供了有力的依据。
Aiming at the rupture happening on the base of the remote cylinder during the 1LB-240 Integral Reversible Plow working, Solidworks2001, a D3 software was used to establish the virtual prototype of 1LB-240 Integral Reversible In Furrow Moldboard Plow. In view of the structure characteristic kinematics and dynamics of the base of the remote cylinder were analyzed. With the help of dynamics simulation software called DDM, the plow was simulated so as to find out the result from the simulation, supplying the potent data for the optimum design of 1LB-240 Integral Reversible In Furrow Moldboard Plow.
