摘要
目的:研究不同种源厚朴的化学特征,有效鉴别厚朴、凹叶厚朴及中间类型,建立新的厚朴药材的质量标准。方法:Lichrospher100RP-18e色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-水(63:37);流速1mL·min-1;柱温为室温;检测波长294nm,记录厚朴13个种源45个个体的HPLC图谱,进行图谱特征性分析和种源HPLC图谱的相似性计算。结果:对厚朴药材HPLC图谱中的占总面积1%以上的6个峰进行了比较,提取出峰5与峰6的峰面积比值(特征Ⅰ)、峰5和峰6的峰面积之和占总峰面积的比值(特征Ⅱ)作为种源鉴别特征。结论:该方法可有效鉴别优质种源厚朴。
Objective: To study the chemical characteristic, to identify the different forms and to establish the new standard for the quality control of Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis. Method: HPLC method was used with acetonitrile-water(63:37) as the mobile phase at room temperature. The chromatographic column was lichrospher 100 RP-18e(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 fan) . The flow rate was 1 mL·min-1, and the detection wavelength was 294 nm The chromatograms of 45 individuals from 13 seed resources of Cortex Magnolia Officinalis were recorded. The chemical characteristics analysis and comparability' s calculation of seed resources were made. Result: It was proposed that the area ratio of peak 5 to 6(characteristic Ⅰ) and the area ratio of peak 5 and 6 to the total peak areas (characteristic Ⅱ) are the identification characteristics for different seed resources of Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis. Conclusion: This method can be used effectively to identify the high quality seed resource of Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis.
