本文报道用二阶导数光谱法不经分离提取直接测定奋乃静注射液的含量。方法简便、快速，结果满意。在２～２０μｇ／ｍｌ浓度范围内线性关系良好，相关系数ｒ＝０．９９９９，回收率达９９．７％，ＲＳＤ为０．５２％。

Second derivative spectrometry was used for the determination of perphernazine injection without prior separa-tion. The result was accurat.Liner relationship was found in the concentration range from 2 to 20 μg/ml.Thecorrelation coefficient(r)= 0.9999.The average recovery was 9.7%.The relative standard deviation(RSD)was0.52%
