老年人载脂蛋白E基因多态性的分析

目的探讨山东老年人载脂蛋白E(apoE)基因表型及频率分布。方法采用等电聚焦电泳及免疫印迹法测定2102例健康老年人apoE表型及频率分布。结果山东省老年人群中存在6种基因型,其中以E3/3为主,占总基因频率的66.0%;人群中ε2、ε3、ε4频率分别为4.4%、82.7%和12.9%,男女基因频率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论山东老年人群中apoE表型以E3/3最常见,apoE等位基因频率以ε3最高。

Objective To study the polymorphism of apolipoprotein E(apoE) in Shandong elderly population. Methods The apoE genotype and its frequencies in 2102 Shandong elderly population were detected by isoeletric focusing(IEF) and immunoblotting. Results Six genotypes were found in elderly population of Shandong.E 3/3 accounted for 66.0%.The frequencies of ε 2、ε 3、ε 4 were 4.4%,82.7%and 12.9% respectively. There were no significant differences between men and women in those genotypes and alleles(P>0.05). Conclusions E 3/3 and the prevalence of ε 3 allele were significantly higher in Shandong elderly population.
