摘要
就出口哈萨克斯坦机车在-40℃低温服役时的焊接技术难题进行研究,总结了大量的试验数据,最终确定了与哈车要求相适应的低温焊接材料、焊接工艺参数,为该车最终的焊接选材和焊接工艺提供了技术支持。
It is studied the welding problem at -40℃ operation, a problem occurred after been awarded the bidding of Kazakstan locomotive. Based on the summary of test data, the low-temperature welding material and parameters are determined, which provides technical support for the material selection and welding process of the locomotive.
