摘要 本文研制了赖氨布洛芬注射液。该注射液毒性低,安全性好。置2900Lx强光照射10d,60℃及80℃超级恒温水浴中分别加热10d,40℃恒温孵箱中放置3mo,除强光照射后含量略有下降外,其余各项考察指标均无明显变化,表明其稳定性好。经动物实验证明,该注射液的解热、镇痛、抗炎作用均强于等剂量的安乃近注射液。 An ibuprofen- L- lysine injection with lower toxicity and higher safety has been prepared. The stability of theinjection was examined by exposing it under 2900 Lxlight for 10days and putting it in a water bath of 60C and80 C respectively for 10 days and in an incubator at 40 C for3months. No significant changs were observed exceptthat the content became lowerslightly after exposure under the light.The effect test with experiment animals showed that the injection is more effective of antipyresis,analgesia and antiinfammatory than analgin injection insame dose.
