Acquire the View of Scientific Development to Promote Healthy Development of Non-governmental Higher Education

以科学发展观分析民办高等教育发展过程中存在的问题,提出了加强立法为民办高校发展创造公平竞争与协调发展的环境,加强政府对民办高校的扶持和政策优惠,完善民办高校的法人治理机制,完善民办高校办学质量监督和评估机制等若干对策建议。

The paper analyses the problems existing in the development of the higher education with the viewof scientific develop-ment, and proposes measures of strengthening legislation to create an environment for fair competition and coordinated develop-ment of private universities, offering support and preferential policies to them, perfecting their corporate governing mechanism,and improving their supervision and assessment mechanism for school-running quality.
