摘要
从成人教育学院师资状况的实际出发,就如何加强外聘教师队伍管理,逐步建设一支素质较高、相对稳定的外聘教师队伍作了探讨。
Based on the actual conditions of the teaching staff in adult education colleges, the paper discusses how to strengthen the management of external teaching staff and have stable and hi-quality external teachers.
