城郊生态敏感区土地利用的思考

Discussion on Land-use of Ecological Sensitive Zone between Urban and Suburb Area

城区与郊区结合部作为生态敏感地带,对整个城市地域生态环境改善具有特殊重要的意义。本文在全面分析城郊地区生态环境现状的基础上,重点分析了其地理位置的特殊性、环境污染的严重性和生态功能的高效性,提出要加强该地区以森林植被为主的生态建设,使之成为建设林网化—水网化主体框架的重点地带,发挥森林和湿地在改善城市生态环境方面的重要作用。

The ecotone between urban and suburb area is a ecological sensitive zone, is especially important for improving the environment of the whole city. Basing on analysis on the status of ecological environment of the whole city, its characteristics in the particularity of geographic location, the importance of environmentalp ollution and the highe ffect of ecological function are studied. It is put forward that the ecological construction mainly composed of forest vegetation should be strengthened, developing it into main zone for building the framework of networking forest and water, and using forest and wetland to improve ecological environment of the whole city area.
