摘要
防撞护栏是确保道路交通安全的基本设施,其重要性众所周知。特别是在2004年4月重庆召开了全国交通安全保障工程实施工作座谈会以后,要对全国17万个事故多发的危险地段进行技术改造,增设大量的交通安全设施,作为最直接的安全防护设施——防撞护栏,其安装的数量将是巨大的,如何合理地设置护栏和美化护栏,就成为一个值得探讨的课题。
The crash-proof guardrails are the basic facility to ensure the road traffic safety. Its significance has been recognized by the public. Especially after the National Transport Safety Programme was held in Chongqing in April 2004, technical improvement will be conducted on the 170,000 dangerous road sections in China. A large number of traffic safety facilities will be added. As the direct tool - crash-proof guardrails will be installed in great volume. Hence, how to do it in a reasonable and beautiful way is a subject needed to be discussed.
