Innovation and Application of Handan CSP Process

邯钢薄板坯连铸连轧(以下简称CSP)生产线从德国西马克公司引进。邯钢在该项目的引进过程中,结合实际,对其实施了多项重大创新。CSP生产线达产后,邯钢又成功开发了薄板坯连铸机结晶器偏正弦振动技术和精轧机组辊缝润滑技术,显著提高了CSP生产线的生产能力和产品质量。

Handan thin slab continuous casting and rolling plant (CSP) is a state of the art hot strip production line imported from SMS-Demag of Germany. After deeply investigation of CSP technology and taking into account of Handan's condition, a lot of important innovation of CSP process has been made. And after the CSP plant reached the design capacity, Handan has developed thin slab caster non-sinus mould oscillation technology and finishing mill roll gap lubrication technology, leading to improve the productivity and product quality of Handan CSP plant.
