摘要
通过实测连轧机各机架的振动情况,分析了机架产生振动的原因,提出了缓解机架振动的具体措施,即在工作辊轴承座加装垫片,减少机架与轴承座之间的间隙,其减振效果显著。目前此法已广泛应用于振动的机架。
The vibration of each stand during continuous rolling was measured and the causes affecting the vibration of the stand were analysed. The method that the work roll chocks increase the shims to reduce gap between the chock and the stand has been put effectively in practice. Now it has been widely applied for the stand of the vibration.
