副癌性亚急性小脑变性4例追踪观察报告 被引量：1

摘要 副癌性小脑变性(PCD)又称副肿瘤性小脑变性,是由恶性肿瘤引起的一种神经系统综合征.Brouwen首先作了描述,但到1938年才认识到与肿瘤的关系[1].主要表现为亚急性小脑性共济失调,可伴眼球震颤、复视及构音困难等.多数病人脑脊液有淋巴细胞和蛋白增高,头颅CT或MRI早期正常,后期显示弥漫性小脑萎缩,相关肿瘤主要是肺癌、卵巢癌、乳腺癌等.发病机制尚未阐明,可能与肿瘤抗原引起的自体免疫反应有关[2].由于PCD可出现于癌肿诊断前数月甚至数年,故易误诊.现报告本院收治的4例.
