旅游资源经济价值的理论探讨

STUDY ON THE THEORY OF TOURISM RESOURCE VALUE

通过对劳动价值论和效用价值论的分析,从价值哲学出发提出旅游资源经济价值是指其能够满足旅游者旅游需求的效益的货币衡量,在此基础上初步建立旅游资源经济价值体系,将其划分为利用价值和非利用价值,并提出旅游资源经济价值的增值性和潜在价值不易衡量性的特点。

Through the studying on the labor theory of value and utility theory of value and from the view of the value philosophy, the definition of tourism resource value can be summarized as the monetary denotation of its utility which can satisfy the tourists. The system of the theory of tourism resource value was founded on the definition tourism resource value includes use value and non-use value. Tourism resource value would be increased with the increasing of demand and the enlarging of the scope of tourism resource and it is difficult to evaluate the potential value of tourism resource.
