双侧隐睾与隐匿阴茎综合症的探讨

Bilateral Cryptorchism and concealed penis syndrome

目的:探讨三隐综合症(同时存在双侧隐睾与隐匿阴茎)的病因、临床表现与诊治。方法:对5例三隐综合症患者进行有关检查,全部一次性手术完成两侧睾丸固定与隐匿阴茎矫正。结果:经过适当药物准备后,一次性手术效果满意。无手术并发症出现,随访无回缩现象。结论:三隐综合症与内分泌失调等因素有关。手术宜在2～5岁时进行。

Objective:To investigate the SanYin syndrome(bilateral cryptorchism and concealed penis is a co-existing disease), its reasons, clinical manifestation, diagnosis and treatment. Methods: To finish necessary examination in 5 cases of SanYin syndrome. Bilateral orchiopexy and concealed penis correction was in simul. Results: After the disposition of drug, surgical treatment is still an effective treatment. There is no complication and rebound phenomenon in follow-up survey. Conclusion: SanYin syndrome is relevance with endocrine dyscrasia. Optimal age of operation is 2-5 years.
