With the popularity of higher education, the teaching quality monitoring is becoming more and more necessary and important. The paper mainly analyzes the necessity of establishing teaching quality monitoring system management, information feedback and evaluation and concludes it is necessary to consider the independence of setting up departments and fair of personnel arranging. The establishment of effective and valid information feedback system helps the leaders of teaching to know the real teaching and make proper decisions. The building of teaching evaluation is the major measure of teaching management and is the key of quality monitoring.
