This paper briefly discussed the general situation of water saving increasing efficiency at demonstrating area at Alingda River Irrigation Area,the technology measures of channel seepage control and freeze_resistant,irrigation system and reforms of irrigating model.Water saving irrigation speeds up agricultural steps of our country from traditional agriculture to water saving agriculture.
