摘要
依据电气设备核级抗震I类(1E)标准,在模拟现场安装的条件下,对XKL W1型动力箱样机在每个组合方向进行两次SSE模拟地震反应谱考核试验,测定样机各测点的地震响应加速度,并在试验前后分别进行白噪声扫描试验,以确定样机的自振特性。研究结果显示:样机Y向整体刚度小于X向,各子结构呈现各自特征;试验中的开关动作对各测点地震响应影响较强;在考核频段(0-50Hz)内样机各结构有较丰富的自振频率,虽然试验前后自振特性略有改变,但变化不大。经检验,考核试验后样机结构完整,各项电气功能正常,通过了电气设备核级抗震I类试验考核,验证了样机设计与加工的合理性。该项研究成果也为以后我国核工业类似产品的设计与定型提供了可靠的依据。
According to the standard of the 1E earthquake resistance of electrical equipment, and with the condition of simulating field erection, in each composite direction of XKL-W1 power cabinet prototype, two times SSE qualification test of simulating seismic response spectrum and white noise test before and after the seismic qualification are performed. The seismic response acceleration and the natural frequency of each measuring point can be determined. The results indicate: the integral stiffness in orientation Y is less than that in X, and each substructure has its own dynamic characters; the action of switching on and off influences much on the seismic response of measuring points; each structure has abundant natural frequency from 0 to 50 Hz; the natural characters have slight change before and after the test, but not much. It is checked that the prototype is intact in structure, and each electricity function is normal after the test, which proves the rationality in designing and processing the prototype. And the research achievement also provides a basis in designing and approving the similar products in our nuclear industry.
