Accelerating the development of informatization and decreasing the digital gap

本文结合西部地区信息化发展现状,从研发与推广应用角度,对缩小西部“数字鸿沟”问题进行了探讨,对以计算机为核心的信息技术中应重点发展的几个领域进行了讨论,最后分析了目前存在的主要问题,指出了今后的发展方向。

Considering the current situation of the development of informatization in the west,this paper explores the problems concerning decreasing the digital gap in the west from the angle of development,research and application,discusses several fields of the computer-oriented information technology,analyzes the existing problems and proposes the general direction of its development.
