摘要 结合实例,综述多样性合成与向前合成分析的特点及其在药物发现中的应用。设计以简单的构件为起点,用组合化学技术合成结构复杂多样的小分子化合物,即应用多样性合成策略是解决各种化合物库中分子结构缺乏多样性和复杂性的有效方法,并将在药物发现中发挥巨大作用。 The characteristics of diversity-oriented synthesis and forward-synthesis analysis and their application in drug discovery were reviewed using practical examples. To solve the issue of lacking in structural complexity and diversity of molecules in compound database, the strategy for diversity-oriented synthesis was developed, in which simple components, fewer reaction steps and combinatorial chemistry were used to synthesize structurally complex and diverse small molecules.
