摘要 目的探讨核因子NF-κBp65与细胞周期蛋白D1(cyclinD1)在宫颈癌中的表达及期与肿瘤增殖之间的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学检测NF-κBp65,cyclinD1在32例宫颈组织及30例正常宫颈组织中的表达情况。结果宫颈肿瘤中NF-κBp65蛋白阳性表达率为68.8%(22/32),cyclinD178.5%,30例正常宫颈组织中NF-κB无1例阳性表达,cyclinD1表达率为18.5%。结论NF-κBp65在宫颈癌中异常活化,并与cyclinD1过度表达密切相关,NF-κBp65可能通过上网cyclinD1表达参与宫颈癌的发生与发展。 [Objective] To evaluate the significance of expression of nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB) p65 protein and cyclinD1 and their relationship with cervical carcinoma proliferation. [Methods] The expression of NF-κB p65 protein and cyclin D1 protein in 32 cases of Cervical Squamous cell tumor tissue and 30 cases of normal cervical tissue were studied immunohistochemically. [Results] None of the normal tissues exhibited NF-κBp65, In contrast, 22 of 32 Cervical Squamous cell carcinoma specimens were positive for p65 protein with a 68.7% positive rate. Cervical cancer tissue were 78.5 % expression for cyclin D1 protein, normal cervical tissue were 18.5% expression for cyclin D1 protein. The NF-κB p65 protein, cyclin D1 protein expression were correlated to the differentiation (P <0.05 ), The expression of NF-κB a65 was closely related with cyclin D1. [Conclusion] NF-κB p65 is a new oncogenic protein related to the cervical tumors. NF-κB up-regulates cyclin D1, then leads to tumor cell malignant proliferation and tumor occurrence.
