中低温固相反应法制备纳米级铈锆复合氧化物固溶体 被引量:3

Preparation of nanometer complex oxide of cerium and zirconium by solid state reaction at middle-low temperature

摘要 以碳酸铈、碳酸锆、草酸为原料,用中低温固相反应法制备了纳米级铈锆复合氧化物(CexZr1-xO2)。通过XRD、TEM、BET等测试手段对产物进行了表征,结果表明:所得产物为单一的立方晶系固溶体,平均粒径<40nm,比表面积达98.94m2/g。采用中低温固相反应法制备纳米级铈锆复合氧化物无需溶剂、无废液、节能,是一种绿色化学新工艺。 The precursor was synthesized by solid state reaction of Ce2(CO)3, Zr(CO)2 and H2C2O4 &middot 2H2O at middle-low temperature. The crystal structure and microstructure of the nanometer CexZr1-xO2 were studied by XRD, TEM and BET et al. The result show that outcomes are entirely solid solution and the average sizes are smaller than 40 nm, specific surface area of it reaching 98.94 m2/g. The characteristic of this thesis lies in preparing CexZr1-xO2 solid solution adopting solid reaction at the middle-low temperature, which was a kind of new craft according with green chemistry.
