摘要
学院50年在办学治校理念、办学规模和学科建设、教学改革指导思想等方面有许多成功的经验,也存在值得反思的教训。任职教育需要总结历史的经验教训,着眼于军事斗争准备和未来战争需要,在构建特色学科体系、打造师资队伍、深化教学改革等方面研究对策。
There are a lot of successful experience on the concept, scale, subject construction and the guide principle of running a school based on the 50 years history of PLA Institute of Physical Education, on the other side, we should alternate the direction of professional teaching so as to meet the need of preparation for the future military war
