文化是一种社会现象,也是一种经济现象,其产生与发展受社会、经济发展的制约,同时又推动、影响着社会和经济的发展。研究新疆建设兵团体育文化的特征、原因及发展对策,对推进兵团体育文化的建设和发展具有重要的作用。
Culture is a kind of social phenomenon. It is a kind of economic phenomenon. Its production and development are limited by economy, social development. so as Study the characteristic, reason and development countermeasure of formation's sports culture. to push the construction of formation's sports culture and function.
