摘要 过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体 γ(PPAR γ)作为一种核转录因子,能与其特异性配体结合,在转录水平上调控多种基因表达。研究证实PPAR γ通过抑制NF κB、AP 1和STATs等炎症信号转导途径,发挥抗炎作用。现就PPAR γ的分子结构、活性调节、抗炎作用机制以及PPAR γ配体对急性肺损伤的保护作用作一综述。
